Online booking is easy and convenient tool once you understand how to book. If you are a regular client and/or you know exactly what type of service(s) you are looking for you can generally do this with ease. If you don't know what you want, or you are looking for something new that's ok too!

****Right now I have a few popular options set up for multi-service booking. If your services are not in this group you will have to book each service separately.

Here's an example of how it works;

Let's say you want some all over highlights and a haircut and you want to come in on a Tuesday around 4:00pm. Great!

Head over to “Appointments” under The Salon. Here you can see all my services options with details and prices. For this example, you already know what you want so we will head over to the “Foils” section. Click on “Book Appointment” next to Full Foil. You will be brought to a calendar view. You want a Tuesday, so we can go ahead and select the first available. (All working days are in bold white. All off days are in shaded gray.)

This will bring you to a list of available times. If you were just booking the foil, then you would proceed to pick whichever time slot you want. Since we are trying to book a haircut with our foil in the same appointment we must mindful of time allowances. Your service summary in the far-right table will help you out.

A Full Foil says it takes 2 hours. If you book a Full foil at 4:00pm you will need to make sure there is enough time for a haircut too! A woman’s haircut takes 45 minutes. So, all together 2 hours and 45 minutes. You will need to find a day that allows for that length of time. 4:00pm-6:45pm would be ideal. Looks like Tuesday January 16th would work out. Pick 4:00pm.

If your service summary looks correct go ahead and click “Next”. You will have to fill out a short info form. When this is completed. Select “Book It” in the summary box. If everything went through, you will see a confirmation screen. Great! You booked your foil.

Now we have to book your haircut. From here, select “Book Additional Services Now” at the bottom of your confirmation screen. Following the same format, select “Haircuts” and click “Book Appointment” next to woman’s haircut. You just booked your 2-hour foil for 4:00pm Tuesday January 16th, now choose that date on the calendar, 6:00pm should be open for you to choose. (If it is not, time calculations were off, something weird happened, or someone literally took your spot before you went back in- it happens! If this happens, text me directly ASAP @ 651-895-4260.)

Select, 6:00pm then “Next” in the summary box. Your form should be auto-filled from the previous entry. You should have a woman’s haircut at 6:00pm for 45 mins. If everything looks ok, Click “Book It” in the summary box. You will be brought to a confirmation screen. Congrats! You’ve booked your appointments. You will also receive an email confirmation for each service booked.

This is a reservation! If you book a 3pm appointment I will be expecting you at 3pm.

In short, no, you DO NOT have to make an account to book an appointment but there are many benefits to doing so.

- Receive direct email confirmations and reminders about upcoming appointments.

- Save your info for easy re-booking.

- Review your previous and upcoming visits.

- Allows easier communication between you and me!

- I know it's a lot. So many options in 2018. You know you want some color but you aren't sure which of these options is going to work (because like how are you supposed to know what the difference between a sombre and splash light, and color melt and a freaking balayage is anyway?) No worries, that's my job! You can simply MESSAGE ME with a quick description and/or add a photo and I will guide you to the most appropriate option.

- Currently you may only book one service at a time. Please be mindful of the time allowances. (ie: if you book a womens haircut for 45 minutes at 1:15pm, the next available time slot for an additional service would be 2:00pm, so you would follow up and book your color at 2:00pm.) I hope to have a multiple service booking option soon!
